This page explains what GHAssembly, the platform operator, holds about you directly. It's not the same as what an individual assembly holds about its own members — for that, see the specific assembly's own site (Privacy Policy and Your Data links in its footer).

If you're a member of a hosted assembly

Your profile, directory listing, prayer requests, giving records, and similar member-facing data are controlled by that assembly, not by us directly. To find out what's stored or to request a change or deletion, contact that assembly using the contact information on their own site.

If you administer a hosted assembly, or contacted us directly

We hold your name, email, and login details for the Platform admin area, plus anything you've submitted through our “Request a Website” or contact forms. To review, correct, or remove this information, contact us using the details on our own Contact Us page.

What we retain and why

We keep operator account and support-request information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet reasonable business record-keeping needs, and standard server logs for a limited period for security purposes.
