GHAssembly (“we”, “us”, “the platform”) provides websites and a mobile app that individual Gospel Hall assemblies use to manage their own members, events, and content. This policy describes what we, as the platform operator, collect and how we handle it — for what a specific assembly collects about its own members (registration, directory, prayer requests, offerings, and so on), see that assembly's own Privacy Policy, linked in the footer of its site.

Our role

Each assembly controls its own members' data and decides what to collect, show, and retain. We host that data on the assembly's behalf and provide the software they use to manage it, acting as a data processor for that content — we do not use it for our own purposes, and access it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the platform.

What we collect ourselves

• Assembly operator accounts: the name and email of whoever administers a hosted assembly's site, and login credentials for the Platform admin area.
• Requests submitted to us directly: information you provide through our “Request a Website” form or the contact form on this site.
• Technical data: standard web server logs, cookies needed for login and security, and similar data typical of a hosted web platform.

How we use it

To operate hosting, provision and support assembly sites, respond to inquiries, and maintain the security and reliability of the platform. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.

Sharing

Access is limited to those who need it to operate and support the platform. Hosting providers and standard IT services may process data only as needed to run the service.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the size and nature of the platform (HTTPS, role-based access, routine maintenance). No online system is perfectly secure.

If your question is about data a specific assembly holds about you as a member (your profile, prayer requests, giving records, and so on), that assembly is the right place to ask — see the Privacy Policy and Your Data links in the footer of their own site.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
